The hotel had spacious rooms that were clean and quite big, including a Jacuzzi, but the decor was outdated, and the AC was old and not very effective. The staff, though not well trained in customer service, went out of their way to fulfill our requests. The limited location was compensated by a unique on-site transportation service called Taftaf. The dining options needed more variety, even though the friendly staff made up for it. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement.
